Please join us on Tuesday, September 26 at 6 PM for a peaceful evening of discussion and the practical application of techniques to manage stress via the practice of mindfulness. The relationship of pain, inflammation and stress will be discussed as will useful tips to break the cycle. We’ll explore the meaning of mindfulness and the benefit of cultivating this practice. We will practice some simple techniques that you can begin to use immediately to calm your mind and promote and maintain your health and wellness.
